Completed a total of six rounds of interviews, including several phone calls with the recruiter and their head of HR, a one-on-one with the prospective manager, and an onsite meeting with them and their team. Also completed a "test exercise" for them over the holiday break. Then nothing. Fully ghosted. Reached out to the recruiter, HR, and the manager to thank them (again) for their time and to ask for an update. Radio silence. Almost a three month interview process just to get ghosted. Spare yourselves the same inconsiderate and frustrating experience and look elsewhere. They don't respect you or your time.
