It was a two interview process. The first to asses skills and knowledge conducted by asm and HR manager. And the second with the store manager to test your managing of associaties and customers.

I was asked to.describe a specific incident of my own choosing of how I dealt with an upset or difficult customer.

Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.

Entrevista
They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
