Lowe's uses the same interview on almost all of its positions and they score the questions the same no matter the position. All of the questions are quite vague and are in general " what would you do " questions.

It was a basic interview process nothing to stress over! Do you have any experience stocking or working over night? They have you watch a few videos once you get the job

Interview process was easy, manager I interviewed with was friendly, answered all questions I had. Manager was honest and open, clear with expectations and job duties, and they were flexible with hours.

The questions were easy and simple. Very friendly manager conducting the interview. Overall it was a quick and easy process. I interviewed one week and literally started the next. 10/10 would try again.
