The interview was 30 minutes long and focused on my resume and retail experience. They asked me five behavioral questions about how I dealt with various situations and challenges in my past jobs.

Q: Describe a time when you had to interact with a difficult customer. What was the situation, and how did you handle it? Q: Give me an example of a time when you had to think on your feet. Q: Give me an example of a time when you had to have a difficult conversation with a frustrated colleague. How did you handle the situation?
The interview was straightforward, starting with a brief introduction, followed by questions about my experience and skills. I discussed past projects, answered situational questions, and it ended with them explaining the next steps.
The interview process was simple and didn't take up too much time. It covered general leadership examples and self goals. I was notified immediately after the interview that I had gotten the position.

It was good, very smooth & easy. The computer assistant was very helpful. It was easy to apply and very good explanation of the job position & what they gave to offer. Also very detail about what it is you will be doing for that position.
