Open interviews during the summer months were a breeze and good for anyone specifically college kids or high schoolers looking to make some easy money. Although it is outdoors you can spend plenty of time indoors to cool off especially if it too hot outside they will mandate that you take a break and cool off.

Have you had any experience working in customer service?
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
