Phone interview followed by on-site interview at DC. Part of the interview was a tour of the facility. Was just me and one other individual interviewing unlike some where it can be a batch of 10+.

Pretty straightfoward but thorough. Went through your resume and background. Discussed the logistics of the job. Interviewer was pretty direct and gave an update on what the hiring process looked like.
