They tend to ask behavioral questions for entry level positions, and then they tend to ask similar questions for management positions; only difference is there are more questions regarding leadership skills when it comes to management positions.

My interview was with Mike Parnell and I found the entire process to be quite straightforward. The standard interview questions were asked, such as " Tell me about yourself". I found it to be a very simple process

they are unprofessional when it comes to the hiring process. instead of letting you know you werent picked for the job with an email like most places. i was left wondering. i was told by mike that i would get a call by friday if not monday (my interview was earlier that week) both friday and monday came and went. i called up to the store tuesday, and was told “oh that position was filled” and hung up on. UNPROFESSIONAL!
They ask you about 5 standard form questions. They were easy to answer but I can not remember them all. I know they are looking to hear some specific key words but I haven’t figured those out yet.
