First initial phone call with recruiter. Recruiter then schedules a panel style interview. One you have interviewed with the hiring manager if they want to move forward you then interview with the VP. Usually 2-3 weeks for an offer

Churned through the interview process as turnover is significant. 15 minute max time in the chair. Significant chaos with desire to hire dependable employees, where training will compensate for lack of experience.
Easy going, basic behavioral questions. It was virtual due to Covid but was a very positive experience. Total interview time was roughly thirty minutes of questions and then went over day in the life scenario.
