Simple and quick. Asked many of the typical questions you would hear at any interview. They love to hear "my goal is to become a major part of the lowes family" as do most employers
It was quick. one on one with manager who who offered position immediately despite little to no hardware experience. I would recommend the interview to anyone who wants to try it.

Quick, they don’t make you wait long. Only a few questions. They might send you an offer on the spot if they really think you’re a good fit. Pretty easy if you know the store mission and info beforehand.
