Entrevista
I had a very pleasant interview for an Operations Coach position. The interviewer was friendly, courteous and personable. He explained the company, position, culture, and on-boarding process. I felt completely at ease speaking to the interviewer. He explained that this was the first part of the process (telephone interview) and if I make it to the second part I would be required to interview in person. Phone interviews can be difficult but, as I first stated, this was a very pleasant experience.
Process began with a phone call asking some basic questions. I was then asked to come in for an interview with the managers. The process was long (about four hours) because I interviewed with a number of people. most were 1 on 1 interviews but one interview was conducted by a group of two managers

You start with a phone interview, then an in-person. The in-person lasts about 4 hrs but don't be scarred. This includes a tour of the facility, followed by situational based questions by the HR Mgr, AGM, and GM. Then you participate in a role play where you are play out what you would do as a coach/supervisor. For example, you might have to address an employee who ran a parking lot stop sign or an employee whose scores have suffered in the last week.
