very basic question, focus on service and customers. They look for all the consideration on customer perspective. They are looking for you to discuss service pieces and past customer interactions. You can base off of current or previous employer. There are first interview with Hr manager then and ASM, and then most of the time an offer by store manager.

We spoke for a while and was asked basic questions, overall the questions were very fair and related to the job. It was an overall easy experience. I had no issues.

Pretty straighforward behavioral interview process. Starts with a screening, then interview with DM. Next round with Regional VP and HR, if passed then on to Divisional and HR. They moved very fast.
