I received a call, had a quick phone interview to ensure my availability was appropriate for the position, then had 2 onsite interviews. After the interview, I waited around 2-3 weeks to hear a response from the Hr manager at the store.
The hiring process was very simple. Had applied online and a week later they called me in for an interview. Manager pretty much went over job responsibilities and asked about my availability. My schedule pretty much worked around theirs and then they proceeded with the interview questions. The questions were pretty much about customer service and how you handled a situation. After the interview they said they'd contact me in a day or two to see if i was offered the position. Next day they called and told me i was hired!

Asked questions related to the job and overall attitude. Interview went well, but they base the job on scoring, and my score was less than others, no consideration for experience or proof of what the testing results were, one has no idea where they stand.
