It consisted of 3 rounds 1. HR Phone Interview 2. Hiring Manager 30 minute interview 3. 4 Part interview with other members of the team (1 hour each, total 4 hours) The interviewers were all very friendly, and very thorough. None of them made me excited to work for Lowe's, though. The biggest pitfall in this process was the waiting period between each interview. After my final round, I waited over 15 days to hear back from the HR team at Lowe's.
