After a few days after applying for the job, they called me for an interview. I was interviewed by two people. The questions are your usual "describe a time, what was the situation, and what did you do." They had the same questions but was reworded. They were formal with the interview.

Many questions involving situation types and answer back with one of your experiences whether on the job, personal or volunteer and how did you handle it. That is a majority of the interview while they take notes of your response. It starts of with "Tell me about a time when you..." Be ready for it!

None were really difficult other than the dreaded why do you want to work here...lol. The hardest part is thinking of the exact situation you've encountered to reply with when asked about a scenario situation.
