I went to a hiring event at a lowes in town. when I walked into the room the manager who was in charge of getting everything in order didn't acknowledge me, nor did she instruct me on what I needed to do, she just fumbled through papers while some girl who was interviewing too told me what I needed to do. So I sign in and fill out an availability form. I arrived around 10:30am (started at 10) and sat until about 1pm. When I was finally seen. I handed over my resume which wasn't looked at. And I was asked 3 of those behavioral questions (which took all of 3 minutes) and not one question about my experience which I have a lot of when it comes to shipping and receiving. After that I was told that they can't interview you for any other position besides the one you applied for (even though I have experience in paint, hardware, and as a cashier) and the position I applied for had already been filled earlier in the day so I wasted 3 hours for nothing. The process was well out of order which only speaks on how the company runs their operation to me.
