Application is done online; you will first do an interview with HR manager, followed by ASM, followed by Store Manager. If you do well in the interview process, you will receive an offer, followed by a drug test and background check.

It was a simple interview, I just filled out a form and then was asked a few situational questions. It was very laid back and was more like a quick conversation. Only lasted about 10 minutes.

The process was very efficient and easy. They went through a list of questions, but the interviewer really listened to my answers and responded thoughtfully. I felt like I was able to say everything I needed to in order to communicate my experience.

Entrevista
It was very simple, with only five questions asked. The questions all related to safety and leadership. I found all of them very easy, even with no work experience. They are very forgiving as well.
