Very Long and involved. Took multiple tries, even though there was an immediate need. Training is a Joke. Watch videos and take tests. At least a Dozen videos, and zero personal Training. No person to person training. Not even any training by suppliers. There used to be training, but that was cut to save money, and increase CEO bonus, I guess.

Went well, professional, and punctual. Seems like it will be a very nice place to work. Hope I get hired. COVID seems to be a focal point and it seems Lowes is trying to make a more professional schedule for their employees.

Quick. To the point. Hired on the spot. Was simple and very straight forward. Store manager was great at describing the position. Took approximately 30 minutes. Best interview process I have experienced in some time.

It was short and simple. They are really hurting for people right now to hire. There has been too much turnover since covid. The interview was just 30 mins with a manager. Then I received a phone call the next hour for the job.
