Candidate is interviewed by Human Resources Manager and Store Manager. The interview is about 45 minutes to an hour in length. They mainly ask questions regarding customer service, motivation,communication, staffing, knowledge,sales awareness, merchandising, training, and experience.

Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.

They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
