I got a phone conversation with the hiring manager for the position and I was convinced how serious the interviewer was and how much they cared about me as a person above what I could bring to their team. When I met with the hiring person for the first time, they made sure I felt welcome and they helped me set goals and realistic expectations for the job. I had never had such a pleasant job interview before.
