I first had a call with a recruiter (Krista Fletcher) who asked me a series of question to see if I was fit for the role. I was then forwarded into an interview process throughout which I interviewed with various engineers working at LotusFlare. There were 3 more rounds following the first call with Krista. She provided great prompt feedback during each round and was very flexible with the timing. The first interview was mainly about programming concepts, the second and third also had a systems design aspect.
