I don't recommend traveling to the Los Angeles office for an interview. I read other's interviews on Glass door where something similar happened. I did not fly from a distance, but I drove a long way.
First round interview:
This screening interview happened over the phone with HR. They liked my knowledge and experience enough to call me in for a second round/technical interview. 3 hours is a long time to interview, but I agreed.
Second round interview:
This interview happened in downtown Los Angeles at their office. The first hour of the interview was spent with HR then the next 2 hours were being spent with the IT team. The second hour of the interview was with the IT team. Well, the IT team had an emergency meeting and cancelled the second part of the interview.
After the Interview:
I was very disappointing, because they had no communication. They would not speak directly with me to reschedule an interview. I drove over 200 miles to the interview at 11:00 am.
