Their test for the hiring process was to be interviewed by two people. They then place you on a list. I was called about a year after being placed on this list. I didn't think I would ge interviewed b/c they had placed me in Group 2. At the interview, they didn't tell me the truth. They never informed me that I would have to go on emergencies and not get home until after 9:00 pm. They never told me that I would be required to be on call once a month after passing probation [which is six months].
After you are hired, it takes about 3 months for the paperwork to process through HR. They make you get a physical at Great Samaritan Hospital with a doctor who just asks you questions about the form that you have to fill out before the appt.

Long but worth it once you get in depending on the position. For example you'll have to do tests and then two step interview. It took me about a year to be hired,
Lengthy hiring process, interview was actually longer than I expected. I felt like the person who interviewed me was not trying to intimate but really wanted to get to know me.

Entrevista
The entire process is an interview with basic questions. After the interview you have to do a Background, psyc evaluation, drug test and show proof of your credentials. Once this is done you will receive communication in the mail in next steps, which will include your hiring date and location.
