      Entrevista

      This was a three part interview: phone call, followed by a group interview of about 8-10 candidates, followed by a smaller group interview of 2-3 candidates. The phone call interview was very short and precise, asked about top three qualities you posses as well as top three qualities of a sales rep. The first group interview can be a bit intimidating due to the number of people. Confidence and ability to interact with those around you is key. You sit around a table in a conference style for both group interviews. This position does not offer a lot of money so expressing interest in learning and growing as a sales rep in the sports world is key in being successful throughout this process.

      Entrevista

      A quick 15 minute Microsoft Teams intro interview and then a 30 person group interview that lasted 4 1/2 hours. The group interview first had us do a 15 second intro followed by a quick 30 second debate with a fellow interviewee about why our college was the best. Then the winners had to do a 30 second pitch which athlete is the greatest of all time. (Tip: Don't pick a Laker lol) Then we are put into groups of 6 and sent to the suites to have 6 rounds of group interviews. Questions vary from "how competitive are you on a scale of 1-10?" and "Would you rather be #1 and hated or middle of the pack and well liked?" You can see competitiveness is a big value there. My suggestion is just tell them you'd sell your mom and family pet for a chance to work there. haha!

      Entrevista

      The interview is exactly like the interview scene in "Boiler Room." Basically, the Inside Sales executives want to see how you handle pressure and whether you will crack. It's brutal in the moment, but at least they are honest that it's a telemarketing job and it will suck.
