I finished the third round interview and they let me know the 4th interview was the last and final round. All three interviews happened quickly, within a week and a half. I then did not hear from them for 2 weeks. I checked in via email twice and they finally responded saying they decided not to move forward and best of luck. I asked for feedback as to why it didn't work out since I haven't had the experience of going so far along in an interview process to not get the job. They never provided feedback which was the least I deserved having put hours of time and effort into this process. In weeks following, I have seen them repost the job on LinkedIn and Indeed. All in all, this was a negative experience and I find it extremely unprofessional to ghost a candidate for two weeks, not provide any feedback, then continue to share the job posting. Would not recommend interviewing here.
