Technical round of interviews focused on assesing ml knowledge and ml engineering experience. Coding questions were focused on applications directly related to the role. The questions seemed to be actual problems that an engineer in the role would need to solve. After the technical interview was a behavioural interview which focused on assessing my values against Loopios own internal. It did a really good job of helping not only the interviewers understand me (candidate) but I left with a good understanding of the company and it's culture.
