I applied online and was reached out to shortly afterwards for a phone call. I was connected with the internal recruiter and we spoke about my current/previous experience and my overall career interests. She provided insight into the company and engineering team throughout the conversation, which I appreciated. There was time dedicated for me to ask any questions I had at the end of the call, I asked both cultural and technical questions which the recruiter answered in depth. The recruiter emailed a few days later that to let me know that they had chosen to not move forward with next steps and provided reasoning as to why as well.
