      I recently went through the interview process for a Customer Success Manager role at Loopio. While the process and steps are clearly outlined on their how we hire page, the team truly went above and beyond at every stage! My experience was exceptional. I especially appreciated having about an hour for some of the interviews, it gave the leadership team a chance to get to know me, while also allowing me to better understand their leadership styles and see if there is a mutual fit! Throughout the process, the team was respectful of my time, moved quickly, and was transparent about what would set me up for success at the company. What excites me the most about Loopio is their clear focus on innovation within the CSM role. I’m really looking forward to learning and growing with the team!

      Really detailed, communicative and well thought out! All interviewers were extremely helpful and communicated in a timely manner. Presentation at the end was great. Ultimately I ended up accepting the role.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your interview experience. The experience you described is not aligned with how we aim to run our interview process at Loopio. We are committed to providing a respectful experience for all candidates, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear that your experience fell short of that standard. To clarify a few aspects of our process: for initial conversations, we may encourage a camera-off format to allow both parties to focus more fully on the discussion. In this case, our communication appears to have suggested otherwise, which created confusion, and we will review our messaging to ensure greater clarity. For later stages, interviews are typically conducted with cameras on. We do use structured interview guides, but they are intended to support and not replace natural, engaging conversation, and it’s clear that this balance wasn’t reflected in your experience. We appreciate the time you took to speak with our team and to share this feedback.       It was a straight forward process with a very communicative team. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and easy to talk to. I completed three interviews and I was kept informed of next steps, etc the whole way through.
