The actual people interviewing are okay but the recruitment process is so unprofessional that it paints a very bad picture of Lonza. To the point I doubt I would work there. No communication whatsoever. Nothing happens as said. I assume the recruitment is outsourced it is that bad. Some of the technical questions were deeply flawed. The interviews are 45 minutes which is not long enough given the depth of some of the technical questions. A very broken process overall.
