I was asked to have 10 mins presentation which was followed by 30 mins interview by two of the managers of the facility and lab tour. I am a experienced cell biologist which is shown in my cv. Clearly the hiring manager didnt read the cv and made a awful question if I had read the job description. I felt humiliated and more, I used to apply for cell biologist post in this company, I will not bother. They humiliated candidates in order to justify bad decisions. I was not reimbursed.
