Starts off with a practical assessment where the group (of about 5) went through the aerial course and zip line. Then we went up to The Venue to have an interview. I was waiting for two hours. The interview was with two people, one worked in admin, the other was the ASM of the team. Both lovely people. Generally felt quite chilled and easy going, although they did ask some typical interview type questions which could catch you out.
