The Interview was very easy and laid back. It seemed more like a discussion of the job duties as well as my past experience. There weren't too many questions asked, I believe because I had a very narrow background experience for the specific project that I would be working under.

Entrevista
Interview was quick after 1-2 weeks from applying. I did 3 interviews from one manager, one attorney, then combined with HR. They asked about experience and scenarios on how to solve problems with clients. The explained about the firm and how positions are branches out to share the work evenly.

A client needs assistance for a family matter and does not understand the court proceedings and needs an attorney to assist. They think they will ask for one from this company and a team member will show up and become angry when you inform there is a process. How do you explain the process in a way that they will understand.

Entrevista
The interview process was fairly normal. Standard application, and interview with grant supervisors. The process was easy and clear. The grant was for survivors of sexual assault. They needed to know that I was professional and sympathetic. It was essential that privacy for the client was understood.
