Talked about projects, previous experience, requirements gathering and also some web development questions (somewhat technical). There was two individuals interviewing me (although initially there would have been three) where one was a direct supervisor in the technology department and the other was the HR coordinator. Basically technical supervisor asked a lot of technical questions and HR got in with some behavioural questions at the end.

I applied online, interviewed once, and accepted the offer. Multiple employees asked a variety of questions throughout the 30 to 45 minute interview. They asked questions about why I want to work at LH, my university course work, and my tech interests. It seemed their goal was less about how qualified you are, and more about what kind of person you are. A lot of work in done in teams, and they use the interview to try to find out if you are a good team member.
