I applied through Reed and was invited for an interview in London Cyrenians. I was interviewed by 2 other members of the Finance team. The interview had 3 stages: a numerical test, a technical test on the computer and a face-to-face interview. I found the interview was quite relax and the interviewers didn't want to stress me out.
