If you pass, you are notified (around a week later) and invited to a formal interview. The formal interview questions I was asked - ‘Why am I interested in this job? What makes me a great fit? Which skills could I bring? A time when I worked well under-pressure? How I deal with stressful situations and my coping mechanisms? What I would do if I overheard a colleague making discriminatory marks towards another colleague? The importance of confidentiality and how to ensure it’s upheld? A time when I handled a stressful situation?’ Was told I would hear back within 1-2 days - yet to find out the outcome.
