1 Phone interview with the head of HR 1 Face to Face interview which included a 20 minute logic test around 20 questions. Later a discussion with 2 existing developers. Was also supposed to meet a senior developer but he was out of office. The minute i got home, i got a call to come back, because the senior developer decided to show up and wants to meet me. Had an hour long chat with him, about my experience, expectations etc. Although at times it felt more like a monologue, him trying to sell the company by telling how great it is and how i can benefit from working there.
