Interview process seemed okay at first, I enjoyed talking to the people, culture seemed great. That is until I got the offer, told them I would need 1 week to think about it, since it was a low ball, they almost ghosted me but told me they closed the position. Fast forward two weeks later, they bomb me on mail and linkedin as they need MLE again. I talk to their VP of Engineering, again great guy, great talk, after which they ghost me for 2 weeks just to tell me the position has been filled again. Come to your own conclusions, either HR or management or both are highly unprofessional. Waste of time, all in all.
