The interview process consisted of several stages, all communicated upfront, with no unexpected tasks or steps. It was a great pleasure to meet the team, and I had several conversations with people at different levels in the company. The entire process was very quick, and communication with the recruiter was smooth and friendly. Whenever I was told I would receive more details on a given day, I always did, which I found surprisingly rare compared to my experiences with other companies. I received an offer, and the company demonstrated a lot of flexibility in accommodating my requests. Although I had to decline due to an unexpected counteroffer from my current employer, I want to highlight that it’s rare to meet a team where everyone makes a great first impression, shows professionalism and engagement, and highly values your time.

Initial 30-minute screening with HR rep, followed by a 30-minute interview with hiring manager 2 weeks later. Nothing remarkable about the HR screening. The hiring manager was pleasant to speak with. Had to reach out to HR after both the initial screening and the hiring manager interview. Rejection sent within 1 week after last content with HR rep. IIRC base salary offered was $110-120k with a modest bonus based on renewals, etc.
