This is labor-intensive for a 20% chance of landing the job, so I declined to continue in the process and wished them well. If I had done a 90-day plan that had defined personas, outlined key messages, included a sample of sales enablement content, identified distribution channels and more, in addition to a video presentation pitching the plan as requested, then that "sample" likely could be edited and actually used once the editor determined budget and added internal knowledge. I think the ask was way beyond a skills assessment.
