I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by the recruiter within 48 hours. She asked some screening questions and moved me along in the process. I interviewed with two members of the executive team and had a job offer within about 8 days of my original contact with the recruiter. I was impressed with the professionalism of the employees and felt like they were genuinely interested in getting to know me.

Quick, intelligent questions, friendly and open interviewers who were excited about the role. Great questions focused on experience and knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and managing accounts/projects. Quick interview sessions. They didn't prolong the process and I didn't have to "constantly follow-up". Very proactive in their responses.
