Entrevista
1. Initial phone screen with recruiter. Recruiter asked few questions on basic Java and time complexity of some algorithms to pass on to the hiring manager.
2. Four rounds of interview - 1st one with a principal engineer. Healthy discussion about experience and tech stacks used, then few questions on multi-threading and database. The three others rounds were sort of behavioral with one question on algorithm and the other scenario based.
3. Recruiter called and explained the reason for not moving forward. Reason seemed lame, but not recruiter's fault.

1. Initial phone call with recruiter
2. Next round is more of a fast paced technical, coding round.. This is where I'm very disappointed.
Reasons: The interviewer was looking like he really has no time as he was trying to finish core Java questions , db questions and coding question in less than 30 mins..and on top of this..he didn't really had any design questions ( may be because of time.. I don't know).
