I got call from a consultancy and had initial discussion about my current project, notice period and expectations. Later, she briefed about me company and how they are planning to setup R &D center in India. The process took 2 days. As LogicMonitor does not have office in Pune yet (it is under constrctiotion and will be operational by first week of Dec, this is what LogicMonitor HR told me), so they conducted interviews at consultancy place. First round was Aptitude test followed by personality test, there was 40 questions in 20 minutes (difficulty level Average ). After clearing this test, I have discussion with India head of LogicMonitor where he asked me about my current project,role and responsibility and gave couple of simple java programs and ask me to use different logic to solve same problem considering memory constraint etc. Later he asked me why I would like to join this company, what is the whether you will join this company if you get another offer and I gave answers accordingly. Then HR told me, I had clear this round and I have to come for further F2F round in Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel. The next round was pure technical and it was lasted almost 1.5 hours. The interviewer asked me each and every thing from my resume. He asked me core java (collections, exceptions handling, lamda , bytes, internal working of Set, LinkedHashset etc.), spring REST web services, spring core and gave 3-4 four different java programs ( e.g. find the middle of linked list node while iterating only once, find first non repeating character from string etc.) and few SQL queries. After clearing this round , next I had discussion with HR where mostly the salary negotiation happend and by EOD I got the offer letter.
