Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en LogicManager (Boston, MA) en feb 2020
Entrevista
I applied online and was then contacted for a call with the recruiter. I filled out an assessment next before I was contacted to move onto the next stage. I then had a phone screen with a member of the team and interviewed with several people in person, including the CEO. Everyone had pretty straightforward questions about how your experience fits in with the company, but they all seemed really bored. The CEO was ten minutes late for our interview and spent a lot of time asking what I thought about the company and office experience and disagreeing with me on what I thought was important for my next role, which was really odd. I appreciated that they actually called me with a rejection, but I wasn't that upset that I didn't get the role.

I had three phone interviews which eventually lead to an onsite interview that took about 2.5 hours. I met with different members of the team as well as some other senior managers.

Aside from the culture at LogicManager, why do you want to work for this company?
Started with a phone screen with HR, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by an in person interview.
All employees were very friendly, however it was a very unprofessional interview. No tour of office and no time frame as to how long the day would be--- I was told either an hour, just below or just under and ended up being there for five, much of which was merely waiting around. Final round interview is meeting with the CEO, who took two personal phone calls during and left the interview to meet with an employee. After the process, I never heard back either way. The group itself was very friendly and it seems like an enjoyable place to work, but the process needs to be organized.
