Whole process took a week. After talking to the hr person on the phone, they sent an online coding assessment. It was a very simple question, so I implemented a quite efficient algorithm and working program and emailed it to them. I later verified the efficiency and the quality of my code both online and with a few peers. Then the interview process stopped and I was surprised. To date I have not been able to figure out why they did not pass the program.
