My interview experience was structured and thoughtful, reflecting their consulting culture. The process was brief with the account manager and team member. The questions focused on real-world scenarios involving stakeholder management, risk tracking, Agile frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration. Resulted in an offer which never started and then ghosted totally.

Very smooth and transparent interview process. HR and interviewers were very nice and made me comfortable from the beginning. Classic behavioral questions and very culture heavy type of questions. They consider the cultural WE as a pilar for everything
