I applied online, then as a walk-in candidate. I met with the department manager and had an informal, brief conversation to introduce myself. HR reached out a few days later. The first round was with HR via Teams. The second round was with the department manager and store manager in person. About 40 minutes. Offer came in about 1 or 2 days later.

Simple and easy in-person chat -- perhaps TOO easy, after an initial phone screen interview, with positive signs indicating likelihood for second interview at store, which , mysteriously . . . never manifested, followed predictably by absolute silence. It was simply an exercise in the textbook definition of "ghosting" (the candidate). It was in all, a truly wasteful experience --- and totally unprofessional conduct on behalf of LVMH.
