Not really a traditional 'interview'. There is an online skills-based assessment, followed by a 1:1 with an experienced Train Geek. If successful you'll be put forward to a 1:1 with co-founder.
Never felt like an interview. Had more of a 'casual chat' feel about it, with topics of conversation ranging from past experience, future plans, cultural fit and trains of course. The more you put into your application (and the more personality you show), the easier this chat will be.
