First one was very conversational based and learned about the role and what they are looking for. Only talked to two people from the company

Asked about experience managing various different employees. Or how I would handle a problem employee
The interview process was standard and easy. I had 3 rounds of interviews, a phone screening, interview with an LC, and interview with a team member. The process from phone interview to first interview took the longest.
The people I interviewed with at the time were too serious and had no personality. There were four of them in the conference room, which I thought was too excessive for the role I interviewed for.
