Entrevista
Conversational, straightforward interviews. I liked the people who interviewed me and they insinuated that I would get an offer. But, somehow HR is so incompetent that they can't review someone's salary requirement before sending them through 4 interviews. Most companies are upfront about pay nowadays . But Lockton wants to waste everyone's time, they want you to have 10+ years of experience and take a low salary.

Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn with a job opportunity. Initially I did a phone screening and had a great casual conversation. The second round interview I met virtually with the team lead and boss. They asked some behavioral based questions and asked about my day-to-day responsibilities in my current role. I made it to an in-person third round where I met with 6 different members of the team. It seemed like it was a vibe check to see if I would be a good fit for the team. The team meet-and-greet felt the most professional. I was notified a week later that they decided to go in a different direction. They provided feedback as to why I wasn’t chosen. Overall, the experience was pleasant because of their effective communication.

Entrevista
Lockton had been trying to recruit me for several years. After a recruiter asked me to interview on several different occasions, I decided to give them a shot. Went on-site for a 5 hour interview, which included a written assessment. My first interviewer thought it would be acceptable to speak negatively about a mutual colleague (someone who had worked at Lockton and was currently at my present employer). It was shockingly unprofessional, rude and very awkward.
After dedicating over 6 hours of my day to commute to their office, take a test, and sit through 5 interviews...I never heard from them again! Reading other reviews, this sounds like common practice. Luckily, in light of what I detailed above, I’m pretty sure I dodge a bullet.
