It's a two part process that takes place on back-to-back days. The first day is a panel interview where there are up to six candidates sitting across the conference table from a number of current employees who have already gone through the AAM program. It lasts most of the day and then they will take you out to dinner that evening. The next day's interview will be with several higher-ups including the COO, at least one Unit Manager, and a mix of several others depending on who's available.
