My interview was very conversational, and I did not feel intimidated at all by the process. I was asked questions about my resume, my experience at school (both social and academic), and why I was interested in insurance and Lockton specifically.

Very simple. 2 rounds, one with an actuary on the team, and the other with the lead actuary. All behavioral questions, nothing technical. Communication was very smooth, fast, and very organized process
